How we work
with you.

A clear plan, useful work and a team you can talk to. We keep the next step easy to understand.

  1. Start with the people using it.

We look at your business, customers, current website and the jobs the new site needs to do.

  2. Make the important pages clear.

We shape the content, design and technical foundations around the next useful action.

  3. Launch carefully, then keep going.

We test the site, handle the agreed launch work and stay available for updates and improvements.

Your questions.
Answered.

What does a new website cost?

Tell us what the website needs to do and what you’re comfortable investing. We’ll work through the pages, content and features with you, then give you a clear scope and price. You don’t need a technical brief to get started.

Do you build WordPress and Shopify websites?

Yes. We recommend the platform that fits your business. WordPress is useful for service businesses and content, while Shopify is a practical choice for ecommerce. We can also improve an existing site when a rebuild is not the best answer.

Can you improve our existing website instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. We start by looking at what is getting in the way: unclear content, an ageing design, hard to manage pages, slow journeys or missing connections. We will tell you if focused improvements are enough.

Will my website be ready for Google and AI search?

We build clear service information, useful answers, sensible page structure, internal links and the technical foundations search systems need. This makes your business easier to understand, but no website can guarantee a ranking or an AI recommendation.

Will my website get four green Google Lighthouse scores?

We aim for 90 or above across Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO. The result varies by page, device, content and third-party tools. The green indicators on this page are a build target, not a measured client result or search-ranking guarantee.

Can you keep our current content and Google visibility?

We review the useful pages, keep what still helps customers and plan redirects where URLs change. Search positions can still move after a rebuild, so we check the migration carefully and explain what is changing.

Can you add bookings, calculators or connections to our other tools?

Yes. We can scope enquiry forms, bookings, quote tools, calculators and connections to your CRM or other business software. We check permissions, provider limits and any extra costs before building.

How long does a website project take?

The timeline depends on the size of the site, the content and the features. We agree the stages with you, show working progress and keep decisions moving so there is no big mystery reveal at the end.

How much time will you need from our team?

You know your business. We know websites. We’ll need your knowledge, a few examples and feedback as we go, but we keep the questions focused. The idea is to make your life easier, not give you another full-time job.

What updates are included in hosting?

Small to medium updates such as text, photos, service details and refreshes to existing pages are included in the hosting plan. Major redesigns, new systems and substantial new functionality are scoped separately.

Can our team edit the website ourselves?

That depends on the platform and the way you want to work. We can choose a setup that gives your team sensible editing access, or look after the everyday changes for you through the hosting relationship. We will recommend the option that keeps the site reliable and manageable.

Can you keep improving the website after launch?

Yes. Your business will keep changing, so we can make agreed updates, watch for issues and scope larger improvements when they are worthwhile. The aim is a useful website that keeps earning its place.
